Accessibility Statement
Clear information about how Secremedy operates, protects data, and works with customers.
Effective 14 July 2026
Our commitment
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom, voice control or reduced-motion settings. We aim to align with WCAG 2.2 level AA where reasonably practicable.
Measures taken
- Semantic headings, landmarks and labelled form controls.
- Keyboard-visible focus and operable navigation.
- Responsive layouts, scalable text and reduced-motion support.
- Alternative text for meaningful images and sufficient colour contrast.
Known limitations
Some third-party or legacy content may not yet meet every criterion. We review new components and prioritise barriers that prevent access to essential information or forms.
Feedback and alternative formats
If you encounter a barrier or need content in another format, email [email protected] with the page, the problem and the assistive technology or browser used if helpful. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five working days.
Preparation
This statement was prepared on 14 July 2026 using a review of templates, navigation, forms and responsive behaviour. It will be updated after material platform changes or further testing.
